We seem to really be getting somewhere with making a garden from shrub, thanks to our visitors to date who have helped in this mission and for keeping us entertained. Clive and Pauline made a big impact and probably needed a long lie down after 4 days with us. Steve for helping Paul to dig up a monster root and to Anne for helping Jen with the chopping and of course to Katie for the many sticks she put in the wheelbarrow! A budding gardener at 3. We've enjoyed the diversions from gardening and copious red wine provided by many. To Sam, Shashi, Varani and Ramana for checking our broadband and bringing Sporticus back into our lives! To Judi and Josh for discovering that Paul's pants don't make a great badminton net and to Martin and Michelle for getting us walking again (even though Martin was happy to enjoy the view from the bottom of the hill).
Oh yes and just to let you know we've had days of sunshine and needed the sun cream while you cynics who think it only rains in Wales are getting cold and wet in England.
