 A momentary period of good weather allowed for some major tree surgery on two of the large Ash to take place.

A job considered a bit too dangerous to undertake ourselves, although now more confident in using the chainsaw, we sought professional help. Good thing as there was a high probability of losing the barn roof.

It's amazing how much wood a few branches creates but at least it provides firewood for the coming years.

This has let more light into the house & garden and opened up the views along the valley.
