Winter's End

To celebrate the end of a long, hard winter (and to christen Pete & Andreas new wetsuits) it felt appropriate to take a dip in the nearby Wash Pool. The weather couldn't have been better but the warming sun appeared to have little (to no) influence upon water temperature.





Suitably attired the swim was on depsite the disruption caused to a family picnic.

 It's not all play whilst the sun is shining and after a bit of a struggle the veg beds are taking shape and the first signs of this years harvest are visible.
