Naked shrew rescue

Morty's getting a bit too good at catching the wildlife and we've had to rescue a few shrews from his jaw, alive luckily, although one may still be living under the cooker as they're not so easy for us to catch. Morty's most recent conquest was proudly brought into our bedroom in the early hours, after some rummaging under the bed Jen managed to grab the little fella, and shrew in hand disappeared down the garden to release it in a hedge. Only wondering on her return trip as to whether the local bird watchers and farmers were yet up and about.
