The last weekend of April saw us up in Llangollen having a wee holiday with Mark, Nicki, Sue, Andy, Marieta, Tino, Lucus and Ana. Many thanks to Mark for organising a lovely warm cottage - radiators needed to dry off pretty much everything.

Saturday was sunshine and walking - to Dinas Bran Castell and along the canal to the Chain Bridge, to watch the train spotters watching the steam trains!

We took the time to appreciate some local art and engineering..
And then it rained..
but Monday was good so we explored a little more before coming home to a sunny garden. I'd like to say we've had a heatwave this week, but reality bites!
