31st December (ish)

So I missed the last day of December, but we have started 2016 with a lovely bright day and frost - just as the daffodils are starting to flower!! A break from the rain is welcome and we had a dry afternoon and a starry night to walk into Llanwrtyd for the festivities.

My last entry for 2015 is my attempt to photograph the animals using what I think is a badger path at the bottom of our garden; the camera was set off by a squirrel of course, but also a Red Wing (it's on the left). An interesting surprise and we will try again...
