Sunny Spring (for now!)

The good weather has lasted and we've got our bikes out at long last, just need to get our legs up to scratch before attempting the Devil's Staircase.

We had a wander in the recently extended Nant Irvon Nature Reserve and adjacent meadow, beautiful, but heavy going in the tufty grass.

We spied some possible wild swimming spots too.

 

This week has been the start of gardening, moving compost and digging over getting ready for this year's crops. There's lots of new shoots in the greenhouse so we may do okay this year if we put enough beer traps out for the slugs.

Revampted greenhouse shelves. Bubble wrap to come off the windows this weekend - hoping there's no more snow to come!

And, the latest batch of perry has been bottled up ready for thirsty work days.
