On the occassion of Wales vs. Italy in the 6 nations Paul was persuaded by Sam to cycle the 55 miles from Brecon to the fair city of Cardiff via the Taff Trail. The route winds its way up above Talybont reservoir and then downhill through the scenic valley towns of Merthyr Tydfil & Ponypridd before arriving at Cardiff Bay.

Unusually for Wales the weather was generally wet and misty but this couldn't dampen the enthusiasm of the promise of a pint.

After a comfortable night at the excellent campsite in Cardiff a trip to the Millenium Stadium for the match, followed by a few civilised pints with some great company.
And of course we didin't cycle back the other way, too much uphill.
