mine shafts, space hoppers and another chariot ride

It's been another hectic week of alternative games and more. Jen added to her medals with silvers in the space hopper race and conkers. Paul got back into his (Tonys) Roman gear and cycled a chariot through town on Sunday to end the World Alternative Games - lots of photos and videos on Facebook and YouTube. On Wednesday Jen had a flashback to geology field trips with a day on the hills looking for mine shafts in a thunderstorm with George Hall and friends. We celebrated the end of a busy fortnight at Berni and Johns Steampunk party; loads of great outfits, a sparkly garden, leisure logs and great music to fit the mood.
