After our excellent family Christmas in Letchworth - catching up with Paul's family and Jen's sisters - we came home to yet more rain. Glad to say there's no flooding in Llanwrtyd but it has been stormy. Our phone, broadband and boiler were taken out last weekend by a lightening strike, and then the guttering needed fixing, ho hum ... all ok now.

The usual Samba band were busy at New Year so the torch-lit walk (led by a horses skull of course) was started with a rag-bag band, but we did our best and it seemed to go down well. Thanks to all who took part, especially Pete and Andrea who thought they were having a holiday! Blwyddyn Newydd Hapis.
