our first egg

It's been an exciting couple of days. Yesterday we had our first duck egg (not bad as two of our three ducks have turned out to be drakes!!) and today we had another. We spent most of yesterday on top of the Garn or hanging about in the Neuadd Arms

waiting for some action with a film crew. Yes Paul and Jen will be on our TVs in January in a Visit Wales commercial. We were reenacting the Man vs Horse race; four of us running over the same couple of patches of boggy grass, while three horses and riders thundered past, again and again. We'll get paid so you could say we've just started our acting careers, not sure if we'll be called up for Pobl Y Cwm though...... Oh yes and the other thrilling news is that we've had 2 days of sunshine, yipee!!
