The Llanwrtyd Gardening Club visited en masse this week and seemed to think we'd been doing a good job on our garden - glad to hear it as we're aching all over. Paul's been wheeling tens of barrows of gravel across the garden for the steps he's been building in an especially boggy section and Jen's been wielding a pick axe for weeding, following on from some bed clearance started by Clive. Only 10 more steps and a few more bracken and tree roots to dig out.
Towards the end of the week we got on with a bit of railing painting at the Llanwrtyd Memorial Garden and at the weekend Mog, Jane and Tom dropped in. Mog seemed tempted by the idea of having so much spare wall space for shelves (we are more than a few short of his 6000 books).
